What types of wood products are available from Country Mouldings?

Butcher block countertops and plank countertops are among our most popular products. We specialize in large wood countertops, often available in lengths up to 15 ft. Our butcher block and plank countertops feature full length boards with no finger jointing. We also offer stair treads, mouldings, flooring and cabinet doors. Our products are made using real solid wood. No veneers. No imitations.

Where are your products made?

Country Mouldings products are proudly made in the USA in Geauga County, Ohio. Geauga County is home to many families with generations of woodworking experience. Most of our lumber is harvested from the Appalachian region.

Does Country Mouldings offer custom sizes?

Absolutely. We offer custom sizes with no special upcharge for choosing a custom size. For most products, you can enter your custom dimensions on the product page and receive an Instant Price Quote.

What finishes do you offer?

At Country Mouldings, we offer unfinished, prefinished with food grade mineral oil and prefinished with conversion varnish. We also offer prestaining on some products.

Can I leave your products unfinished?

No. All of our wood products must be sealed and finished to help prevent moisture problems. You must finish your product within seven days of receipt.

Can I finish and/or stain your products myself?

Yes. We recommend consulting your contractor or visiting your local paint store for specific instructions.

How can I get a quote from Country Mouldings?

All of our products can be directly quoted online. First choose your products, type of wood, size, specifications etc. Add the product to the cart and enter your zip code for a shipping quote. Now you have a full quote. Next click on "email quote" to have a copy of the quote emailed to you with an easy link to return to the cart.

What payment methods do you accept?

Country Mouldings accepts all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Paypal and Echecks. We can accept check payment by mail, but you must email us before ordering for instructions.

Where can I find shipping charges?

After you add the product(s) to the cart, shipping cost and options will display.

When will my order ship from Country Mouldings?

The lead time is listed on every product page. Unfinished orders ship in two weeks and prefinished orders ship in three weeks, with just a few exceptions. Exceptions include cabinet doors, hardwood flooring, ultra thick treads and deep edge plank countertops. The lead times for these are on the product pages.

After my order has shipped, how long will it take to be delivered?

Transit times are usually between two and seven business days depending on the distance from Northeast Ohio. However, transit times are not guaranteed. If you are receiving a UPS/FedEx package, you will receive an email with a tracking number the day after it ships. If you are receiving a freight shipment, we will email you when the shipment is booked and the trucking company will call you to schedule delivery after it has arrived at your local terminal.

Will you email me when my order ships?

Yes. If you are receiving a UPS/FedEx package, you will receive an email with tracking the day after it ships. If you are receiving a freight shipment, you will receive an email when we book shipment.
