I did not recieve an email saying that my product was delivered until the day I recieved the butcher block. The butcher block came well packed with no bumps, scratches, or dings.

Love my butcherblock countertop! There are lots of knots and crevices which concerns me regarding bacterial growth but I guess that is what natural is all about. It looks beautify!
