Love the customer service... unbelievably responsive and helpful.Wooden countertop for island is just beautiful.Took a half hour to undo all of the packaging. Wrapped up like Fort Knox. I am considering purchasing some wooden steps if I redo my staircase and wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.
