My husband is a contractor and was very pleased with the quality of our stair treads. One of the 11 was missed in packaging with original shipments, but they shipped it when I contacted them after receiving all boxes. There were 2 treads per box and all did not arrive at the same time. But the quality and timely correspondence made up for the above. We could not find the thicker treads locally, so paying for shipment was worth it.
