Our Beech Wood Stair Risers have a light to dark reddish brown heartwood, while the sapwood is white and may appear to have reddish tones. Beech Wood Stair Risers usually have straight grain, and are very durable, shock resistant, and strong.

The Beech risers on this page are sold unfinished.

Stair risers are manufactured by gluing a few boards side by side. The number of boards can range from one to four, but is usually two or three.
