I ordered a butcher block countertop for the baking station in a restaurant from Country Mouldings. It is gorgeous;smooth,nice edges. The srtiped combination of maple and oak can actually help line things up for shaping and cutting doughs. In addition, the turn around time on delivery was weeks shorter than other companies I researched. Prices are very competitive as well. Thanks for a quality product.
