25" x 24" Maple Butcher Block Countertop

I am quite happy with the oak butcher block. It was delivered more quickly than expected, which was a bonus for me. The quality of the piece is very nice and frankly, better than I had imagined. I do use a mineral oil on it and would actually like the color to be a bit darker than it is. Is there a safe way (non-toxic) to accomplish this? If not, I understand. I certainly would purchase from you again!
