Back band provides additional detail to door and window casings. Back band is a more functional element that
provides thickness at the edge of a casing when a thick baseboard, chair rail, or wall panel detail is to be used.
Our entire back band collection is made of solid wood with over 40 profiles from which to choose. Available species
for our wood back band include Ash, Beech, Brazilian Cherry, Cherry, Hard Maple, Hickory, Knotty Pine, Soft Maple,
Poplar, Walnut, Red Oak, Quartersawn Red Oak, White Oak and Quartersawn White Oak. Other types of wood are
available upon request.
Custom profiles are also available. Our wood back band is always made from a top quality hardwood. All back bands are real wood. We only use
FAS and Select grade lumber!
