Shipping and Return Information
All orders will be shipped via UPS of LTL, depending on the size of the order. If it will be shipped LTL, we may email you to find out if residential delivery is required.
Great care is taken with the packaging of your order. In the unlikely event that there is damage during shipment and it visible when your order arrives, please note this on your shipping receipt and have the delivery driver sign it.
If there are any defective items, we will replace them in a timely manner, with shipping at our expense. Please notify us within seven days. Since all orders are custom made, returns for non-defective items are generally not accepted.
Your order will be custom milled after it is placed. It will ship within two weeks, often sooner. For prefinished orders, lead time is three weeks. For very large orders, extra time may be needed. If extra time is needed, we will get your approval before the order is processed.
Shipping charges in the online store are only valid to Continental U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii. If you order from another location, you will be invoiced via email for additional shipping charges. If you find the additional shipping charges unacceptable, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be fully refunded.
